Community Talks
Community Talks is a comprehensive, inclusive, and community-oriented initiative aimed at fostering climate conversations to devise strategies for a community-led energy transition, and bolstering socio-economic resilience within for Indigenous Peoples, fossil fuel workers and their communities. With shifts in Canada's economic, social, and environmental landscape, this program invites members of fossil fuel affected communities to engage in discussions about their ideas and solutions for community development and energy diversification.

Renewable skills initiative
Our Renewable Skills training programs, first developed in collaboration with Desmond Bull of the Louis Bull Tribe, AB, are designed to increase energy literacy and equip participants with the knowledge and skills to kick-start their future in the green economy. We work with partners in interested communities to deliver customized programs and promote local energy diversification. This strengthens resilient communities where members take ownership of the newly installed renewable energy infrastructures. We work with remote and/or Indigenous communities, and those who are often left behind in the Energy transition.
