My mission and passion are supporting ambitious growth focused tradesmen and tradeswomen create unstoppable self-belief, inner confidence and to really own their career ambitions. I do this by helping individuals build their marketability and self confidence, utilizing a combination of adult learning technique, motivation, consultation, and inspiration. My soulful yet straight-talking approach gives you the tools to create an inner connection with yourself and your skills so that you can effectively evaluate your strengths so that you no longer hold yourself back and to create the life and career that you truly love and deserve!

Iron & Earth was founded and operates on Indigenous land within Treaty Six Territory and Métis Region 4 in amiskwaciy-wâskahikan (in Nehiyawewin/Cree), so-called Edmonton. The home of many Indigenous Peoples including the Nehiyawak/Cree, Tsuut’ina, Niitsitapi/Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Haudenosaunee/Iroquois, Dene Suliné, Anishinaabe/Ojibway/Saulteaux, and the Inuk/Inuit.
