Blair is a Torontonian who has worked with national advertising agencies as well as event marketing initiatives with T.I.F.F, the MMVA's and other high-profile events. His move to St. John's provided experience in digital marketing with website advertising and programmatic ad campaigns, social media and search engine marketing.
Blair’s participation with Iron & Earth East was a fortunate accident, meeting Adam Cormier (who founded the Chapter) through a mutual friend in May 2016. He was brought on to assist Iron & Earth with marketing by promoting a crowd funder for the 365 Greenhouse project in the summer of 2016, managing social media and outreach.
He is passionate about Iron & Earth’s nation-wide initiatives and about promoting opportunities for oil and gas workers who are looking not only for greater job opportunities but to put forth a strategy to meet these goals through policy suggestions, training initiatives and creating increased awareness for the renewable energy industry. Being a part of Iron & Earth East, Blair looks forward to creating change that benefits the economy, trades workers, as well as a path to a cleaner environment.
